Shanghai Jiening Biotech Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of technical experts and professional marketers in lateral flow chromatography industry founded by James Zhou over 20 years ago,out of the need for domestically produced top quality equipment for POCT manufacturing. James has worked in and represented some of the most prominent foreign companies before setting up his own. Over the years he has contributed immensely to the development of POCT in China, connecting different industries and academia, and hosting events that promote and advance POCT. He has built and now host a network of POCT participants throughout China and abroad to foster informational exchange through social media platforms. The mission of the company is to provide a one-stop service/complete solution from machines/consumables/reagents/technical support and training to the enterprises engaged in lateral chromatography (including colloidal gold, latex microspheres, fluorescent microspheres, fluorescent quantum dots, magnetic microspheres, etc.) in China and the world(one step one solution). Our core values are quality, integrity, cooperation and win-win partnerships. Our vision is to become a professional IVD service provider, serving the human health industry.

Leveraging a professional team with a combined experience of 75 years and a range of cutting-edge patented technologies, the company is dedicated to the research and development of detection technologies. It offers strategic and technical services, including customized solutions, professional technical support and product design. Our focus is to provide comprehensive solutions to clients, with special emphasis on user-friendly, unique and value-added original designs for test platforms, reagent accessories and product packaging.
Development Milestones
We constantly keep pace with international new technologies and development trends. We are authorized distributors of rapid test consumables from renowned brands such as Millipore, Sartorius, Pall, Porex and Lohmann. In 2010, we established the first "Lateral Flow Chromatography Training Center" in Shanghai, customizing various research and production instruments and consumables suitable for the Chinese market. We have organized numerous experiment technique training courses and trade fairs across the country, nurturing a large number of skilled technical professionals and earning a good reputation in the industry.
